Yes it’s important, first time clients show up 15 minutes prior to class to get an introduction to the reformer.

• There is a $15 late cancellation, less than 12 hours. To ensure smooth running of our classes and out of consideration for others, it is essential to be punctual. If you are not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time of your reserved class, you will be marked as a no show and charged a fee, in the event that we have a guest waiting from the waitlist, your spot will be given to a client on the waitlist. 

• There is a $20 no show fee

Yes, for safety reasons, grip socks are required. They are available for purchase in the studio.

Yes we have private lesson packages. Please talk to our instructors for more details.

For safety reasons, no cell phone use on the reformers. No exceptions.
